Who is eligible to join?

I have registered to join the AI Youth Camp. What are the next steps?

Complete and submit the registration form at cit.to/AIYouthCamp/Reg

Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email within 7 working days.

After receiving the confirmation email from the committee, you will need to fill out the Arrival and Health Declaration forms, as well as follow the instructions for making your registration payment. Please read the confirmation email carefully.
What should I bring when attending the AI Youth Camp?
You should bring your own laptop and chargers, sufficient clothes, necessary medications, bedding essentials, and toiletries.
Will I receive a certificate if I participate in the AI Youth Camp program?
Yes, an e-certificate will be issued upon completing the camp.
Is Wi-Fi available during the AI Youth Camp?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available 24/7 around the campus building.
What language will be used during the learning sessions at the AI Youth Camp?
The program will be conducted in Bahasa Indonesia.
Is there a prize for the Hackathon: AI Application Development?
Yes, the total prize is up to Rp25,000,000.
What are the accommodation and meals arrangement?

Participants will stay in the CIT Dormitory, meals and snacks provided.

Male and female participants will stay on different floors accordingly.

There will be 3–4 persons in the same room.
Can I go home on Sunday?
Yes, you can request to go home on Sunday with permission by filling out a form. Contact your committee for more information.
Can I get a discount?

What if i accidentally cancel the entire program? Can I receive a full refund?
If you decide to cancel your participation in the AI Youth Camp Program, please be aware that the fee is non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of the timing of your cancellation. Therefore, it is advisable to carefully consider your decision before proceeding with the cancellation.
Will I get my money back if I don't attend the full AI Youth Camp?
No, unfortunately, there is no refund. All participants are encouraged to join the full program.
